First of all, we owe a big thanks to the parents that spent time at Summer Camp last week... Mr. Barrett, Mr. Edmonds, Mr. Key, Dr. Lee, Mr. Lyles, Mr. Mallison, Mr. Peterson, Mr. B. Smith, and Mr. Wolszon. Without their help, we would not have made it through the week. A big thanks also goes to Mr. Bogle, Mr. Rekieta, and Mr. Archie for their help and support! Tonight we have a full evening planned... For those that attended The Big Adventure, we have several things to hand out that you might not have gotten Saturday morning. We will also be having a "take home all the things that you have left in the Scout Lodge" night. In other words, our lost and found box is running over. Please take a look when you arrive to see what might be yours. Anything leftover will be put in the garage sale, or burned, whichever is appropriate. Starting at 6:30 tonight, the Citizenship in the Nation and World MB classes will meet to check the Scouts ongoing work. If you have an outstanding balance from Summer Camp, including IOUs, please take care of those tonight. Texas Road Trip 2012 - I would like to get a commitment from everyone tonight on attending this trip. We had to adjust the schedule to match our accommodations - we are now leaving on Sunday, July 8th and returning Saturday, July 14th. Cost is $225 per person. We can start collecting that tonight. Saturday, June 30, at 1pm is the Eagle Court of Honor for Jack Dewar, Buck Mosier, and Martin Payne. Please come and celebrate these Scouts reaching the Rank of Eagle. It will be at First United Methodist Church, 800 West 5th Street, in Wesley Hall. Wear your full Class A uniform! Thanks and see you tonight, Mr. Turner
