If you are flying a rocket this weekend, please be at the Scout Lodge tomorrow, November 6th at 7:00pm. We will inspect your rocket(s) (completed or not) and go over anything that may need change or repair. This will give you time to finish or make changes before we head to Worth Ranch Friday.

If you are interested in earning the Space Exploration Merit badge, we will have a meeting tomorrow night, October 30th at 7:00pm at the Scout Lodge. I will go over the requirements, materials needed and the rocket you will build for our November campout. You have less than 2 weeks to finish your rocket.

All Scouts launching rockets on the Campout this weekend, please put your name on all packages of rocket engines and then put them in a zip-loc bag with your name on it. You will hand these to me Friday evening for safe keeping. You will not need wadding for your rockets, it will be supplied.

All Scouts going on the Rocketry Campout this weekend and firing off rockets will need to bring their rockets to the meeting Tuesday night to have them inspected. This will need to happen before you are allowed to fly them! I will be there at 7:00pm to answer questions, help with any issues you may have and start inspecting rockets. Mr. Rekieta 817-821-5199 |

For all whom plan on flying rockets on the Rocket Campout:
All rockets need to pass a functional inspection in order to fly on this campout. This will take place on Tuesday, March 19th at the Scout Lodge between 6:30 and 7:30pm prior to our regular meeting. So please get those rockets finished. See you there.
